A New Video

When I switch back from working nights to being a normal "daytime" person, I rarely can fall asleep before 3AM for the first few days. Tonight being no exception, I played with the Windows Moviemaker and made another video.

First Father's Day

Today Ian and Daddy spent their first Father's Day together. Mommy, Granny, Mimi, and Bo were there too.

Ian got to meet his cousin Anderson Tuesday. They are 12 weeks apart. I'm sure they will be chasing each other around the house soon!

I'm a week old today!!

Ian Comes Home

Well, everything went great today and Ian came home and got to check out his new place. He totally digs it. Most of the pictures are from the hospital with a couple of him packaged for his first car ride. He met his Mimi tonight. You can also see his mom already working her magic. I will keep the pictures coming.

Olivia's 5th grade graduation-she will be in middle school with her big brother next year. She won the Presidential Award for academics, character, and citizenship. She also won the Outstanding 5th grader award for similar reasons.
It was a big day.

Ian Thomas Fitzgerald

Here he is. He decided to make his entrance earlier than we expected but we could not be happier. He was born on June 9th at about 4pm. He weighed 5lb 8oz and he is 19 inches long. If all goes well he comes home with us Monday afternoon.

Rosemary Beach

We took a couple of days to go to the beach. Didn't do too much but that was the purpose of this trip. We stayed at a Bed&Breakfast called The Pensione. It was in a little planned community called Rosemary Beach. It is similar to Seaside but the architecture is themed to be European or more specifically Italian.

The Nursery

We finished painting today and I put the crib together. The computer room is officially a nursery. We also bought a new desk to put upstairs for the computer. Took that one out of the box today.....it has about 60 pieces (not to mention hardware). I am looking forward to that project.
